ABOUT TUFT: “I appreciated the personal approach to the process by Tuft and by Associate Mary McMahon. Knowing I had someone I could go to with any questions and that they had my best interest at heart made this search experience a positive one. I think my communications with Mary helped me feel secure in my decision to make this career change. She made me feel strong in my ability to meet the needs of this new position, and I think that push is what I needed to take on this demanding role.”
