Westman & Associates Consulting, LLC (WA), established in 2011, is focused on serving associations and other non-profit organizations. Aside from consulting expertise, all WA team members have decades of service as association CEOs or serving in other senior executive capacities. This corresponding wealth of hands-on experience has proven to be invaluable in serving associations experiencing CEO transitions – as Interim CEOs and in other ways. CEO transition and new CEO onboarding are addressed in two chapters of Mr. Westman’s book, Board & CEO Roles for Achieving Association Goals, which is published by the American Society of Association Executives.
